Special-purpose tanks
Conditioning tanks are implemented in non-ferrous and ferrous metallurgy, in coal, chemical, construction and other areas of industry.

Our association has developed:
• Bowls for mechanical mixing of ore pulps, liquids during contact with reactants (fig.1).
The bowl is a cylinder cone with the mixing device in it. The impeller producing powerful vertical and bottom pulp flows is used as the mixing device. Pulp unloading is performed through the manifold in the upper part of the frame.
• Bowls for pulp aeration operations.
ВIn the conditioning tanks, in addition to mechanical mixing, there is pulp aeration operation. The air is supplied through the empty shaft and crushed with the impeller blades into the bubbles saturating the pulp in the whole chamber volume.
• Bowls for pulp steaming operations (fig.2).
In conditioning tanks, in addition to the mechanical mixing, there is steaming operation. Steam is supplied via the ring manifold to the connector branches to the pulp heating it to the necessary temperature.
Special constructive features of the bowls РИФ:
• Availability of mixing device with the upper and lower pulp (liquid) circulation;
• Availability of circulation connection branch with the holes of trapezoid form (fig.3);
• Possibility of bowls production with mixing devices: impeller or mixer of propeller type;
• Possibility of regulation and maintenance of the pulp level by automatic system.
All types of bowls may be produced in normal or acid-resistant version.

* Capacity of bowls for reactants solving and reactant vessels with dosing devices (ЧРР and PE) may be from 1,0 to 100 m3 and is defined by the customer conditions. The bowls are produced in normal and acid-resistant versions.
Вместимость чанов для растворения реагентов и реагентных емкостей с дозировочными устройствами (ЧРР и РЕ) может быть от 1,0 до 100 м3 и определяется по условиям Заказчика. Чаны изготавливаются в обычном и кислотостойком исполнении.
