Horizontal pumps

Horizontal sand pumps of ПР type in gummed version with the central suction mouth are designed for dressing products pumping with the mass density up to 2.2 t/m3 and the volume concentration up to 35% with hard inserts of the coarseness up to 2 mm (separate inserts up to 6 mm) and hydrogen index of the transported environment with рН 5.5—12. The pumps construction is designed for operation in closed premises at the ambient air temperature from +5 to +60°С.
Special features of the pumps are special harmony of the impeller flow channels and lining implementation from special kinds of rubber which in combination with V-belt drive allowing to perform the selection of the optimal number of the impeller rotations significantly increase the operating device resource.
The possibility of the bearing unit movement allows to provide minimum gap between the impeller and the suction part which improves hydrodynamic of the pumps flow part.
The pumps are easy to maintain and operate. The pumps construction allows to perform the repair both in the installation place and in the repair zone.
SPA «RIVS» offers all the above-mentioned electric pumping devices in set with frequency converters allowing to perform regulation of the rotation quantity for optimal productivity selection. On demand of the customer, equipping with sumps, contact bowls with the pumping material pumping level maintenance (АСУ-ЗФН) with automatic mode transferring to the backup pump is possible in case of the main one failure.
