ESALH screen panels, screen panels with round and square openings
Application of rubber screens (instead of metal grates) helps to:• increase the efficiency of screening by 2-4 times (by eliminating of sticking) • reduce yield of substandard classes in underflow product by 3-5% (due to the shaped cell) • reduce load on bearing assemblies • reduce noise ESALH TYPE RUBBER SCREENSThe association supplies ESALH type rubber screens designed to separate products of crushing of wet and dry bulk materials with grain size of 0 - 150 mm in screens such as GIT and GST by fineness. The use of ESALH screens for classification of bulk materials with clay content is allowedESALH TYPE SCREENS provide:• high efficiency of separation of bulk materials; • a large "active area" of the screening surface; • clog-free screening surface; • safe and easy mounting on the screening box; • possibility of wet granular materials classification. Installation of screens with underscreen pans does not require disassembling and changing of the screen structure. The pan provides necessary tension and reliable fastening of the screens. It is a framework attached with clamps to connecting beams of a screen. The pan installed on the screen does not cover meshes of the screen and occupies not more than 3.5% of the surface in the direction of screening material. The distance between the pan supports is chosen to ensure self-cleaning of meshes from clogged grains of material, thus significantly limiting the screen sagging between the supports. ESALH screens are supplied by individual sheets of size of 250x500 mm, 500x500 mm and 500x750 mm. The use of sheets of these sizes provides ease of installation in case of replacement and allows ordering screening surfaces for all types and sizes of screens. The association produces screens with square meshes: 10x10 mm 13x13 mm, 16x16 mm, 20x20 mm, 25x25 mm, 30x30 mm. Sheets with slotted cells can pass pieces of material of "plate" shape, which reduces the circulating load. Size of ESALH type slotted screens: 12x35 mm 14x40 mm, 16x50 mm, 20x50 mm. At the Customer’s request the supplied set may include an underscreen pan or drawings for manufacturing. | |
Rubber grits with square and round cells produced of wear-resistant kinds of rubber are designed for vibrating screens installed in the fraction precipitation operations of 15-40 mm from ore with the coarseness up to 200 mm.
For coarse crushing operation and preliminary operations of ore classification, the grits with square cells of 60x60 mm are produced.
The association also produces the grits with round cells with the diameter of 35 mm and 45 mm.
