Vertical pumps

Vertical sand pumps of PRV type in the gummed version with the supply from 50 to 1250 m3/h and the pressure from 12.5 to 15 m are designed for dressing products pumping with the mass density up to 2.2 t/m3 and the volume concentration up to 30% with hard inserts with coarseness up to 3 mm and hydrogen indexes of the transported environment of рН 5.5 — 12. The pumps contraction is designed for operation in close premises at the ambient air temperature from +5 to +60°С.

The pumps of PRV type are one stage immersed with vertical shaft position.
The gummed operating devices provide the positive lifetime.
The advantage of the pumps of ПРВ type is that during their operation there is no need in sealing water supply (due to absence of gland sealing) which allows to operate with hydro-mixtures with high foam content.

Vertical version of the pump and availability of the sump provides air release from floatation pulp and defines the pump operation parameters stability and technological equipment coupling with it.V-belt drive allows to perform selection of optimal number of impeller rotations and the least energy-consuming operating mode of the pump.
Pumps ПРВ 150/15 and ПРВ 50/12.5 by its position against the supplied liquid medium level may be immersed or nonimmersed.
Hydro-mixture is supplied to them from the bottom which allows to implement them as drainage pumps.
These pumps are equipped with special devices which allow them to operate in suspension as any lifting mechanisms.
