Hydrocyclones of HCR RIF and HCC RIF type with involute CHARGING
Hydrocyclones are used for classification and dressing of finely grinded materials by hydraulic fineness in water medium, for thickening and desliming of dressing products in water. Design of the hydrocyclones ensures their use in various operations of classification according to the characteristics of mineral raw material. Depending on the classification cycle: Both types of hydrocyclones are equipped with underflow nozzles made of silicon carbide and other ceramic materials. A distinctive feature of the hydrocyclones is involute charging and presence of easily removable inserts, lined with wear-resistant rubber, which allow changing the height of the cylindrical part of a hydrocyclone. Inserts are part of the product set and their quantity is to be agreed with the Customer. |

To obtain a fine overflow it is necessary the use small hydrocyclones, which have a relatively small capacity. Increased productivity is ensured by combining hydrocyclones in a battery with common charging and overflow and underflow discharge. Based on hydrocyclones of HCC and HCR types battery assemblies are developed for different feed capacity. The assembly includes underflow reservoir, overflow reservoir and a junction box that supplies power to all hydrocyclones. Charging of in each hydrocyclone is realized through fittings, which are equipped with hose valves, through which can be adjusted power supply and battery performance settings either manually or in automatic mode. |
Structure of the hydrocyclones allows to:
• achieve almost ideal flow geometry
• increase the efficiency of classification and reduce limit separation grain size
• reduce operation costs
• increase stability and reliability of the equipment, quality of related technological processes
