Mills for wet autogenous grinding
Mills for wet autogenous grinding of MMC type are designed for grinding of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, raw materials for the cement industry, diamond and gold ores.
These mills can operate in open and closed circuits with classifying systems.
It is possible to use these mills in semi-autogenous grinding mode with additional feed of balls.
The mills are available in large-block design, which can considerably reduce the costs for installation and for commissioning term.

Mills for wet semi-autogenous grinding
The gearless mills for wet semi-autogenous grinding with high performance: type MMPS 70-70 is designed for stage I of ore grinding; type MSH 50-84 is designed for stage II of ore grinding. The mills can operate in open and closed circuits with classifying systems.

The ball mill 25.5x14.5 is designed for dry grinding of medium-hard materials: fire clay, clinker, limestone, marble, magnesite, dolomite, coal, etc. The output of the mill is specified at operation, depending on the fineness of the feed material, installed screens and physical properties of the material.

Mills MS 3,3х12,5
Raw material wet grinding mill MS 3.3 x 12.5 is designed for preparation of raw slimes during production of dolomite, consisting of limestone, clay slime and flue dust. Material grinding in the mill is a result of repetitive beats of falling steel balls that are in the drum, which crush and abrade the material, rolling with it inside the rotating drum.

Mills of type MSHTS (MSH, MSHMI, MSHR)
Ball mills with center discharge are designed for grinding of copper-molybdenum ore, ferrous and non-ferrous metal ores and other materials in ore dressing plants. The mills consist of a cylindrical drum, closed at the ends with cone walls, to which hollow pins are attached: loading one and unloading one. Inner surfaces of the drum have a removable lining, consisting of wear plates. The drum is driven by a drive, which consists of an electric motor, drive gears and a flexible coupling, connecting them, with an intermediate shaft, through a toothing attached to a flange of the discharge pin. Feeding of ore and balls into the drum is realized through a charging device located toward the loading pin. Unloading is implemented through a sizing trommel, attached to nozzle. In the trommel, besides unloading operations, the material is sorted. Operation of the mills is realized at continuous ore and water feeding into the cavity of the rotary drum. During rotation of the drum mill balls, rolling, sliding and falling, grind pieces of ore. Construction of the mills produced by Tyazhmash enables increased performance up to 10%, compared with others analogues, due to design changes to the drums to reduce their metal content.
