Participation of the RIVS Group of Companies in the International Congress “IMPC 2018-EXPO”.

The IMPC International Mineral Processing Congress was first held in Russia from September 17 to 21, 2018 at the World Trade Center. Within the framework of the congress, an exhibition was held at the Expocentre Fairgrounds. Extraction and processing of mineral raw materials ”(from September 16 to September 18, 2018).
At the XXIX International Congress, participants from 50 countries are registered, the exhibition presents the development of companies and research organizations from 20 countries. The most active participants in the event were Russia, China, Australia, South Africa, France, Iran, etc.
The following reports were made by the employees of the RIVS as part of the scientific part:
1. "Granulometric and morphological features of gold in flotation concentrates."
Speaker: Nagaeva S.P., Head of the Mineralogical Research Laboratory.
2. "The study of the effectiveness of the use of oxidative calcination, autoclave and bacterial oxidative leaching as a method of opening resistant gold-bearing concentrate."
Speaker: A. Baudouin, Leading Engineer of the Department of Hydrometallurgy, Ph.D.
3. "Determination of the possibility of extracting free gold in the size range of -0.8 + 0 mm, by sand flotation, from low-sulfide gold-bearing ores."
Speaker: Poperechnikova O.Yu., Head of the Technological Research Sector, Ph.D.
In addition, the company was represented at the exhibition by a joint stand with Tyazhmash JSC, which was attended by delegates from more than 100 companies, to discuss problems associated with problems in the mining and processing industry.
Among them are the General Director of Management Company Metalloinvest A. At the end of the congress, RIVS was awarded a commemorative prize and was awarded a diploma as a “silver” sponsor.
